Mrs. Korbkarn Wattanavrangkul, Former Minister of Tourism and Sports, Mr. Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi, Chairman, Executive Board of Directors of TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Mr. Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Director of TCC Assets and Group CEO, Frasers Property Limited, presided over the opening of The PARQ Life, the retail space of The PARQ, Thailand’s first mixed-use development, on track to achieve both WELL Certification and LEED Certification. Mr. Korn Chatikavanij, Mrs. Paphatchya Sirivadhanabhakdi, M.L. Trinuch Sirivadhanabhakdi, Mrs. Wallapa Traisorat, CEO and President of Asset World Corp PCL (AWC), and Mr. Soammaphat Traisorat, Director of Asset World Corp PCL, joined honoured guests at the opening ceremony at The PARQ Life.
The PARQ, a THB 20 billion mixed-use office and retail development on Rama IV, is the first mixed-use development in Thailand aiming for LEED Gold and WELL Gold certifications.
