Therefore, the concept of various CSR projects, putting profit back to society, such as the project “Support a horse carriages career in Lampang province during the COVID-19”, this project objective is to preserve a horse carriage career as a symbol for Lampang province and Thais. BEST Express also supports Lampang Horse Carriage Association to earn an extra income by using a horse carriage to provide a parcel delivery service throughout Lampang province instead of transporting a foreign tourist. Another project is “Just have a car, can join a parcel delivery with BEST Express,” this project's purpose is to help and support people earning an extra income, including helping people who have been laid off within the COVID-19 situation. Just having your own car or any vehicle such as pickup truck, tuk-tuk or motorcycle, etc. all type of vehicle is allowing to join the project. In addition to these 2 CSR projects, there is also a project for visual and hearing impairment students named “Drop Point for student” at School for the Blind under Royal Patronage and deaf Anusarn Sunthorn School Chiang Mai Province. BEST Express is part of the support the equality in all levels of society, including support earning income career to people and improves working skills to these students so that they can have an opportunity as normal people; the company also aims to make children be a good adult in society, and they can have a good career in the future.
Moreover, BEST Express also have a various CSR activity throughout the year such as: “BEST Express supporting six wheels’ truck, to deliver survival bags to many provinces in Thailand during the COVID-19 crisis” project, “donated medical equipment by giving through the Parliament office” project, to help and support in many areas of the country, “sharing a lunch box and medical mask, to encouraging people and go through this COVID-19 crisis together” project, “providing the opportunity to “Tuk-Tuk career” project, “donated to the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security” project, “help and support flood victims” project, “donated UHT milk to Foundation of The Blind in Thailand under the Royal Patronage of H.M. the Queen” project, and “BEST Express and Surat Thani Technical College collaborate to develop learning to logistics and supply chain business” project, etc. And the main purpose of BEST Express is to provide a good service and helping society throughout the year, for keeping the new way of life under the concept of "BEST Road New Life (transporting in a new way of life in New Normal style)."
