Central Pattana is moving fast to support take-away services, offering more ‘Easy Order – Convenient – Delicious’ options for customers while supporting tenants of 300 restaurants nationwide with free distribution channels. It’s all part of strict ‘Central’s Hygiene and Safety’ masterplan measures implemented at 18 pilot branches of Central Pattana shopping centres nationwide

Central Pattana plc is lending a direct helping hand to partners by piloting free counter service space for delivery and take-away food service. The overriding objective is to support sales for 300 tenant restaurants at 18 branches of Central Pattana shopping centres nationwide.

Central Pattana aims to provide additional convenience and options for customers visiting its shopping centres amid the COVID-19 pandemic under strict application of its proactive ‘Central’s Hygiene and Safety’ masterplan preventive measures. The moves enhance the options for customers to safely and confidently dine-in or take away food from restaurants at the shopping centres.

Some 300 participating restaurants at 18 branches nationwide are involved, including Central EastVille, Pinklao, Chonburi, Mahachai, Salaya, Ramindra, Rattanathibet, Chaengwattana, WestGate, Nakhonratchasima, Phuket, Rama 2, Bangna, Pattaya Beach, Rayong, Lampang, Chiangmai Airport and centralwOrld (take-away counters are located in front of participating restaurants).

Restaurants opening take-away counters to make available delicious dishes include Hua Seng Hong, Shabushi, Mos Burger, Neta Grill, AKA, Nikuya, Bonchon, MK Suki, Manee Me More, Kanomjeen Bangkok, Lao Yuan, Yum Saap, Jiang Look Chin Pla, Laem Charoen, ZEN, On the Table, Sushi Hiro, Fuji Restaurant, Ootoya, Sushi Den, CoCo ICHIBANYA, Yayoi, Sizzler, Red Sun, The Pizza Company, See Fah, Plearn Pung, Mae Sri Ruen, and many more. The list of restaurants with take-away service varies according to each branch.

Discounts and promotions are being offered to entice customers to enjoy their favourite dishes at home. Meanwhile, customers can still choose to dine-in as usual under the strict social-distancing guidelines.

“We need to unite and join forces in order to get through this crisis together,” said Dr. Nattakit Tangpoonsinthana, Executive Vice President of Marketing for Central Pattana plc. “However, we remain confident because Thai people have previously passed through this kind of situation and we can certainly do it again this time around. We have been, and remain, here to fully assist our partner stores.”

“Currently, our partner stores’ priority is the ability to sustain business together and boost sales as much as possible. Therefore, we have taken action very quickly and become the first to pilot the opening of free space for delivery and take-away service counters at 18 of our branches nationwide in the first phase. This will help expand channels and boost sales for over 300 participating restaurants. We are also supporting marketing to help increase sales for our partner stores as much as possible and adding more options for customers to dine-in with confidence under our strict hygine and safety measures, or to equally safely and conveniently order their take-aways.”

“Central Pattana is committed to practicing disciplined social distancing and self-protection for everyone while maintaining a festive atmosphere and being consistently clean and safe. As such we are fully cooperating with public health agencies and the Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA). The shopping centres have tightened their safety measures in accordance with Central’s Hygiene and Safety Masterplan in order to handle the COVID-19 situation with particular focus on safety discipline, crowd reduction and new normal social distancing,” Dr. Nattakit concluded.
