New mixed-use project in Sukhumvit innovation district

Cloud 11 is MQDC’s new large-scale mixed-use project featuring unique innovative concepts. Constructed on a prime land plot of 27 Rai on Sukhumvit road and located close by BTS Udomsuk, Cloud 11 is considered a part of the Bangkok Cybertech District. On 15 February 2022, the project began construction by the main contractor, Thai Obayashi, and will be officially launched later this year.
