The Dot Property Thailand Awards acknowledged a record-breaking 44 winners from all corners of the Kingdom, with prominent developers including AssetWise, Central Pattana Residence, and Property Perfect among those feted. Festivities unfolded at the Park Hyatt Bangkok on August 24th, as leaders from the real estate industry united to commend the year's finest achievers.
The Thailand real estate market has exhibited robust recovery from the pandemic, notably in resort destinations such as Phuket, along with a flourishing ultra-luxury housing sector. These trends were evident at the eighth annual Dot Property Thailand Awards, which illuminated winners who are not only nurturing growth but also accommodating the evolving needs of home seekers.
Adam Sutcliffe, Dot Property Director of Events and International Markets, stated, "One of this year's most striking market dynamics has been observed in resort locales, where foreign buyer demand has spurred a surge in luxury villa sales and a concomitant increase in new project launches to match this demand. The winners of this year's Dot Property Thailand Awards exemplify companies and projects that are capitalising on this heightened demand and delivering on elevated buyer expectations, both domestically and internationally."
AssetWise stands as a prime illustration of these endeavours. Recent condominium launches, such as Modiz Avantgarde and Kave Town Island, have demonstrated adeptness within Bangkok's competitive affordable condominium market. In the first half of this year alone, the company introduced seven new projects valued at nearly twelve billion baht, marking a remarkable forty-six percent year-on-year increase. Moreover, the pipeline includes an additional five projects set to launch before year-end.
Simultaneously, AssetWise has unveiled significant joint ventures with leading local developers in Phuket. Collaborations with Botanica Luxury Phuket and involvement in Rhom Bho Property will yield exceptional new projects on the island, underscoring AssetWise's dedication to the luxury leisure residence sector. The company's exceptional contributions culminated in winning the event's most esteemed accolade, the Developer of the Year Thailand 2023 award.

Property Perfect has continued its strides in the ultra-luxury housing market. Their project, Lake Legend Chaengwattana, a collaborative effort with Hongkong Land, clinched the award for Best Ultra-Luxury Housing Development Bangkok. Furthermore, this same project was embraced by the public as the Thailand People's Choice Award for Project of the Year 2023. Notably, this
marks the second consecutive year that a luxury housing development has secured the People's Choice Award, underscoring the remarkable advancements in features and design within this realm.
