Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand), under the leadership of Ms. Kaori Takahashi, Managing Director, conducted a seminar titled “Vertical Transportation & Real Estate Trends in the Year of the Dragon”. This event targeted developers, owners, architects, and professionals involved in the real estate industry in the Southern regions and Phuket.
We were honoured to have special guests Mr. Silpchai Pangprasertgul, Managing Director of POF ARCH & CONS Co., Ltd., representing the working group for the Phuket Center, and a member of the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage. Additionally, Mr. Rakkiat Ditphin, an urban planner and Chief Officer of the Public Works and Town & Country Planning Office, joined as a speaker in our Dinner Talk. They shared insights, experiences, and forecasted trends about the Phuket real estate market for the upcoming year 2024.
The seminar aimed to impart fundamental knowledge about elevator and escalator systems, focusing on optimal safety. It addressed understanding relevant laws and regulations, selecting appropriate elevators for different buildings, and the anticipated trends in the Phuket real estate market for 2024. The event took place at the Phuket Kalima Resort and Spa.
