B. Braun (Thailand) Ltd., a subsidiary of B. Braun SE, a leading global medical technology company based in Melsungen, Germany, celebrates its 35th year of operations in Thailand. Since its establishment in 1989, B. Braun Thailand has helped shape healthcare with its pioneering spirit and groundbreaking contributions. Through sharing expertise and the power of technology, B. Throughout 35 years of operations, B. Braun Thailand has established a strong presence in Thailand through:

  • Introducing cutting-edge medical technologies: B. Braun has been actively pushing the boundaries of technology in healthcare to protect and improve the health of people worldwide for over 185 years globally, and 35 years in Thailand. We continue to drive the development of cutting-edge technologies, including next-step automation, additive manufacturing technology, advanced materials, and artificial intelligence, to significantly improve clinical outcomes, reduce the cost of care, and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Empowering healthcare professionals through the Aesculap Academy: Aesculap Academy, B. Braun’s medical educational arm, was established in Thailand in 2005 and is recognised as a stalwart in medical education, connecting healthcare professionals worldwide through advances in new technologies and methods to exchange insights across a global network. Currently, Aesculap Academy Thailand has five Training Centres in collaboration with Thailand's leading medical institute.
  • Our Renal Care Centres: B. Braun Thailand recognises the importance of providing dialysis services according to international standards, approved by the Nephrology Society of Thailand. Driven by a desire to share expertise as one of the leaders in haemodialysis technology, B. Braun Thailand established its first renal care centre in 2015 to treat kidney failure patients and serve as a model for standardised dialysis care. Today, B. Braun's network has grown to encompass three renal care centres nationwide.
  • Our Technical Service Centre: The B. Braun Technical Service Centre Thailand was established to enhance Thailand's health system by ensuring all medical equipment is always in optimised operational condition. The service covers B. Braun's three business units: Hospital Care, Aesculap, and Avitum, and is carried out by highly skilled and certified service engineers, specialising in hospital and medical equipment.
