The prestigious event, presented by Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) and supported by SEN X Group and V-ZUG Thailand, showcased the best in Thai real estate development.
This long-standing awards programme recognised excellence across nearly 70 categories, with winners selected through a meticulous process led by an independent panel of judges and regional experts, overseen by HLB Thailand to ensure fairness and transparency.
Among the standout victors, Sansiri Public Company Limited claimed the esteemed Best Developer award, in addition to the Best Developer (Phuket) accolade. Sansiri also garnered multiple awards for exceptional projects in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Hua Hin. Singha Estate Public Company Limited triumphed with awards for Best Condo Development (Thailand), Best Luxury Condo Development (Bangkok), and Best Luxury Condo Architectural Design (Bangkok).
The 2024 awards also emphasised the growing influence of regional developers outside Bangkok. Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited was recognised as Best Condo Developer (Phuket), while Villa Carte Group took home Best Breakthrough Developer (Phuket). Yadalong Property and Ess Developments were also honoured, receiving awards for Best Boutique Developer (Phuket) and Best Boutique Developer (Eastern Seaboard), respectively.
This year, sustainability was a prominent theme, with developers advancing health and wellness initiatives receiving special recognition. A new addition for 2024, the People’s Choice Awards, celebrated Thailand’s Top 10 Developers, as voted by consumers on DDproperty.com and ThinkOfLiving.com.
Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, chairman of the executive committee and group chief executive officer of WHA Corporation PCL, was named Real Estate Personality of the Year, acknowledging her leadership in propelling the industrial, logistics, and energy sectors to new heights in Thailand and internationally.
