Apple Auto Auction, Thailand’s leading auto auction business, continues to expand its operations by launching online real estate auctions in collaboration with MBK Asset Solution Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of MBK specialising in sales and marketing management for real estate projects, including second-hand properties. Over 30 prime assets from Max Asset Management Co., Ltd. and MBK Guarantee Co., Ltd. will be auctioned from 8-10 November 2024, providing consumers with access to high-potential properties. The auction system allows interested parties to view all types of properties via QR code and the website www.appleebid.com. The online platform enables customers to view live property auctions or even participate from anywhere using Apple E-Bidding, a platform developed for auctioning various types of properties. It supports both PC and mobile devices with iOS and Android systems.
Apple Auto Auction has partnered with MBK Asset Solution Co., Ltd., which provides comprehensive services such as property value assessments and a modern online platform for selling, renting, and consigning all types of real estate. This collaboration brings real estate auction services to market for properties from Max Asset Management Co., Ltd. and MBK Guarantee Co., Ltd.
Special starting bid prices will be offered, with a seamless connection to financial institutions for loan services to support real estate purchases. At this initial auction, 30 properties, including single houses and condominiums, will be introduced to bidders.
Both organisations are using various marketing channels, particularly online media such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, to promote the auction, share marketing activities, and offer special promotions. The majority of Apple Auto Auction's existing customer base consists of automotive entrepreneurs, many of whom are also interested in valuable real estate investments such as land, houses, and condominiums.

Reserve an appointment for property viewing 2 days in advance.

Register and place a deposit of 40,000 baht for properties valued under 4,000,000 baht. For assets valued over 4,000,000 baht, a deposit of 80,000 baht is required. Deposits can be made via Line @appleauction until Thursday, 7 November 2024.

Bidding will take place from Friday, 8 November to Sunday, 10 November 2024, with the auction closing at 4:00 p.m.

Bids must increase by at least 10,000 baht for assets valued under 10,000,000 baht, and 50,000 baht for assets valued over 10,000,000 baht.

Payment terms and conditions:

- Pay 5% of the asset price on the day of the auction offer.
- Pay 15% within 15 days of receiving the sale approval notification.
- Pay the remaining 80% with the transfer of ownership within 45 days of signing the sale and purchase agreement.
- The buyer is responsible for the transfer fee.
- The seller pays all taxes.
