Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2024 Illuminate Regional Real Estate Excellence 

More than 350 guests enjoyed an evening of sophistication and entertainment, highlighted by captivating musical performances, including a mini concert by special guest Thai artist K. Burin Boonvisut. The grand finale featured a breathtaking riverside fireworks display that illuminated the Bangkok skyline. 

The night’s biggest accolade, Developer of the Year, was awarded to the Philippines’ RLC Residences, acknowledging their continued leadership and innovation in the property sector. RLC Residences secured a total of five awards, including the Special Recognition Award for Innovation, for initiatives such as the myRLC Home app, which demonstrates their commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable developments that redefine residential living. 

“We are incredibly proud to receive the Developer of the Year award alongside four other accolades,” said John Richard B. Sotelo, Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager of RLC Residences. “This recognition reflects our dedication to designing thoughtfully crafted homes that cater to today’s buyers. The event also celebrated other notable winners. Phuket’s Anchan Villas earned the Best Developer Luxury Villas title, underscoring their contribution to Thailand’s luxury market. Meanwhile, Vietnam’s Dojiland was awarded Best Luxury Residential Developer, highlighting their achievements in creating high-end properties that stand out in the competitive Southeast Asian market.
