
Thirty operations of Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CP Foods) have been honoured with the CSR-DIW Continuous Award 2024 by the Department of Industrial Works (DIW), Ministry of Industry, reinforcing the company’s commitment to balancing economic growth with social and environmental sustainability.
This prestigious recognition highlights CP Foods' dedication to sustainable business practices aligned with the Charoen Pokphand Group's “Three Benefits” philosophy, which prioritises benefits to the nation, the people, and the company. By fostering strong ties with local communities and promoting participation across its workforce, CP Foods ensures its operations thrive in harmony with society.
The company’s adherence to the CSR-DIW standards—emphasising accountability, transparency, ethical conduct, stakeholder engagement, and respect for human rights—demonstrates its commitment to global best practices. CP Foods’ focus on community development and environmental stewardship has resulted in 30 facilities earning this award. Notably, 18 operations have received the accolade for 10 consecutive years, while 12 operations were recognised for sustained excellence.
The award ceremony, presided over by Major General Nat Promphan, Minister of Industry, celebrated CP Foods’ efforts in upholding corporate social responsibility and driving sustainable industrial operations. The CSR-DIW Continuous Award underscores CP Foods' role as a leader in promoting responsible business practices that benefit both the industry and the communities it serves.
