According to Colliers Thailand, the villa market in 2024 reached a record value of 160–170 billion baht. Villa prices in Kamala and Bang Tao are the highest on the island, reaching 296.2 million baht and 270 million baht per unit, respectively. Emerging hotspots like Cherng Talay and Pru Jampa offer median prices of 114.7 million baht and 56.3 million baht, with all areas showing sustained price appreciation.
