
Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited has been honoured with two prestigious awards at the People Management Award of Thailand 2024, reinforcing its commitment to human resource excellence and employee well-being.
The company received the Gold Award – People Management Award of Thailand 2024, presented by Mrs. Sudkanung Kambarat, President of the Personnel Management Association of Thailand (PMAT), with a congratulatory message from Air Chief Marshal Chalit Pukbhasuk, Privy Councillor. Additionally, Bangchak achieved the highest score in the Well-Being Organization Award 2024, presented by Prof. Dr. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University. The awards, which place Bangchak among only three organisations recognised in both categories, were presented at Dusit Thani Bangkok.
Accepting the awards, Mrs. Ratrimani Pasiphol, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Management and Organization Development at Bangchak, highlighted the company’s dedication to fostering a workplace culture that supports employee growth, engagement, and overall well-being. She also participated in a panel discussion on “Cultivating Well-Being Throughout the Employee Life Cycle: From Attraction to Separation,” sharing insights on Bangchak’s HR strategies alongside executives from Thai Oil Public Company Limited and Phyathai-Paolo Hospital Group.
At the core of Bangchak’s approach is its strategic Bangchak100x initiative, which emphasises sustainable growth, financial strength, and a hundredfold increase in employee happiness through the 100xHappiness approach. This model integrates human resource management with employee well-being, ensuring a balanced focus on efficiency, engagement, and satisfaction.
The event was hosted by PMAT in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, and the Human Capital Management Club (HCM) of the Thai Listed Companies Association (TLCA). Bangchak’s recognition highlights its role as a leader in people management, reinforcing the value of investing in human capital to drive long-term organisational success.
