Bangkok, 26 February 2025 – Lazada is enhancing the online shopping experience and setting new industry standards with its “Four Guarantees” initiative, aimed at increasing shopper confidence on LazMall. The upgraded policy ensures authentic products, on-time delivery, a fast refund process, and stock availability, reinforcing LazMall’s position as a trusted platform for leading brands. 

A key growth driver for Lazada, LazMall has achieved double-digit annual growth and recorded a tenfold increase in sales during mega campaigns compared to regular shopping periods. Building on this momentum, Lazada is launching its first mega campaign of the year, “Lazada 3.3 Mind-Blowing Sale,” running from 8 PM on 2 March to 5 March 2025. During the first six hours, from 8 PM to 2 AM, shoppers can enjoy exclusive deals from top brands, delivering unbeatable value and an enhanced shopping experience.

The “Four Guarantees” for Greater Shopper Confidence 

Lazada recently enhanced the LazMall shopping experience by introducing the “Four Guarantees”, setting a new standard in eCommerce reliability. These key assurances include: 

  • Authenticity Guarantee – All LazMall products are 100% authentic. If a product is found to be counterfeit, customers can return it for a refund and receive 2x compensation through LazRewards*.
  • On-Time Delivery Guarantee – Orders are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified timeframe. If delayed, customers will receive compensation through LazRewards*.
  • Return Guarantee – With fast and convenient return processing, refunds are guaranteed within four working days after a product is returned. If not processed by the fifth day, customers automatically receive a refund*. LazMall products also have a return window of up to 30 days, with the option of free home pickup by a delivery agent.
  • Purchase Guarantee – If a LazMall order is cancelled by the seller or platform, customers will receive a compensation coupon via LazRewards*.
