Hylife Group, a leader in real estate development, asset management, and manufacturing, has reported an outstanding performance for 2024, achieving a net revenue of 420 million baht, a 150% increase from the previous year. The company’s top-performing business unit, Hylife Global Food, contributed 45% of total revenue. Looking ahead, Hylife Group is poised to launch a new business unit, reinforcing its confidence in Thailand’s economic recovery and setting an ambitious revenue target of 1.217 billion baht for 2025. Beyond business expansion, the company remains committed to community engagement and sustainable development initiatives.
Record-Breaking Growth and Key Business Drivers
Mr. Shubhodeep Das, CEO of Hylife Group, highlighted the company’s stellar 2024 performance, which saw its revenue grow from 168.16 million baht in 2023 to 420 million baht in 2024. He attributed this success to a diversified business model, which allows the company to mitigate risks and maintain financial stability through its expertise in real estate, asset management, and manufacturing. Strong growth in manufacturing was another key driver, particularly for Hylife Global Food and Dr. Hygiene Medical Products. Hylife Global Food saw its revenue surge from 86.40 million baht in 2023 to 187.09 million baht in 2024, while Dr. Hygiene Medical Products experienced an increase from 23.21 million baht to 43.30 million baht, reflecting the rising demand for medical supplies. Additionally, the recovery of Thailand’s real estate sector played a significant role in the company’s revenue growth, demonstrating its ability to develop projects that meet evolving market demands.
Hylife Global Food stood out as the company’s highest revenue-generating unit, accounting for 44.73% of total earnings. To sustain this momentum, Hylife Group is actively exploring new investment opportunities to introduce additional business units, with the goal of driving long-term revenue while encouraging sustainable growth.
Growth Strategy for 2025
Mr. Das outlined three core strategies for achieving Hylife Group’s 2025 revenue target of 1.217 billion baht. Strengthening its core businesses remains a priority, with plans to expand in the food, real estate, and medical product industries while integrating asset management into its financial platform. Workforce development is also a key focus, as the company aims to provide competitive benefits, continuous skill training, and career growth opportunities for employees. In addition, Hylife Group is committed to building brand recognition and community impact by supporting corporate social responsibility initiatives that enhance the quality of life in the communities where it operates.
Commitment to Sustainability and Innovation
Hylife Group continues to emphasise sustainable business practices. The company is actively supporting initiatives such as the Hylife Hackathon and Hylife’s Innovation Excellence Awards, both of which encourage innovation in tackling social and environmental challenges. These programs provide a platform for entrepreneurs, innovators, and young talents to develop solutions that promote sustainability, resource efficiency, and community well-being.
Positive Outlook for Thailand’s Economy
Mr. Das remains optimistic about Thailand’s economic prospects in 2025, citing tourism, domestic consumption, and infrastructure investments as key growth drivers. These factors are expected to have a positive impact on Hylife Group’s core sectors, particularly in food and medical products. He emphasised that the company sees expansion opportunities both domestically and internationally, with a strong focus on sustainable development, innovation, and leveraging digital platforms to enhance product and service value.
As Hylife Group moves forward, it aims to strengthen its leadership position by achieving an unprecedented revenue milestone of 1.217 billion baht, marking a remarkable 291% growth by the end of 2025.
