
Synergy Spaces Co., Ltd. (SNS), a subsidiary of the Saha Group, has partnered with J-PARK Sriracha Nihon Mura and IWG, the world’s largest provider of hybrid workspace solutions, to launch Regus J-PARK Nihon Mura in Sriracha, Chonburi. The collaboration brings a new premium serviced office space to the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), aiming to support foreign investment and drive regional business growth.
Located in J-PARK Phase 2 (New Town Zone), the project integrates modern workspaces with a distinctive Japanese lifestyle experience. The facility is situated in a strategic location near Laem Chabang Port, the motorway, and the Sriracha Industrial Zone, offering easy access to key logistics hubs.
Mr. Pramate Rittipornpasit, Director of SNS, stated that the partnership aligns with SNS’s mission to deliver high-quality office networks and foster strategic business expansion. “We are committed to supporting Thailand’s evolving workspace landscape and meeting the needs of modern professionals,” he said.
The 555-square-metre facility accommodates 120 workstations with private offices for 2 to 8 people, along with shared amenities including business lounges, meeting rooms, and reception services. Operated under the Regus brand, the project is designed to flexibly serve businesses of all sizes, from startups to multinational enterprises.

(SPI), emphasised that J-PARK was created to serve the Japanese and international communities in Sriracha. “Regus J-PARK seamlessly combines Japanese design and functionality, creating a unique work environment that enhances wellbeing and business productivity,” he said.
Mr. Thitiwat Thanapornnithinan, Country Manager of IWG (Thailand), noted that Regus J-PARK will appeal to companies linked to Laem Chabang Port, businesses expanding into Sriracha Industrial Estate, and organisations seeking EEC-based offices. With occupancy already at 30% ahead of the official launch on March 1, 2025, the project is expected to reach 80% by 2026, reflecting rising demand from foreign investors.
Looking ahead, SNS plans to expand its premium office portfolio. Its next project, ‘Spaces’ at Kingbridge Tower on Rama III Road, will open on April 1, 2025, introducing a landmark Grade A office solution tailored for professionals across diverse industries.
