The area of key focus is at the site of a collapsed building in Bangkok’s Chatuchak area where Singha R-SA has supplied rescue workers and medical teams on duty with Singha drinking water.
On Friday night, Singha R-SA also visited Rajavithi Hospital to assist in the evacuation of patients. Singha drinking water was also provided for doctors, nurses, patients, and patients’ relatives here since the water production facility at the hospital was damaged.
On Saturday, transportation resumed in Bangkok, although many high-rises have to undergo engineering checks before reopening for business next week.

The 7.7-magnitude quake, occurring at a depth of 10 kilometres at 1.20pm in Mandalay, Myanmar, was felt across Thailand, China and Vietnam.
In Thailand, the quake had caused damage in Bangkok and 10 other provinces, including Samut Sakhon, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phrae, Mae Hong Son, Lampang, Chai Nat, Lamphun, Loei and Kamphaeng Phet, said Pasakorn Boonyalak, director-general of the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation.
