JASPAL GROUP (Jaspal Public Company Limited), a leading fashion and lifestyle brand in the ASEAN region, is accelerating its sustainable development journey by transforming its logistics operations with clean energy solutions. The company has introduced electric freight trucks (EV trucks) and implemented waste reduction measures across its supply chain, aligning business growth with environmental responsibility.

Mr. Charan Singhsachathet, Chief Executive Officer of JASPAL GROUP, reaffirmed the company's commitment to driving positive change in the fashion industry through sustainability.

“We prioritise the use of clean energy in logistics and aim to reduce waste at every step. This enhances cost efficiency and operational effectiveness while creating shared value for society and the environment,” he said. “Our actions are guided by the principle of The Power of Sustainability, which drives continuous innovation at JASPAL GROUP.”

Mr. Charan added that true leadership in the fashion sector goes beyond style and trends—it requires a holistic approach to sustainable development.

“Sustainability must be integrated across the entire supply chain, from responsible manufacturing and low-emission logistics to conscious consumption. At JASPAL GROUP, we focus on selecting sustainable materials, investing in green logistics, and promoting consumer awareness through recycled packaging. These efforts support Thailand’s national goal of achieving Net Zero by 2065.”

In collaboration with Schenker (Thai) Company Limited, JASPAL GROUP has deployed 4-wheel electric trucks to transport goods from distribution centres to retail outlets across Bangkok and surrounding areas. In 2024 alone, this initiative reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 2%. The company plans to expand its EV fleet to six vehicles in 2025 to serve branches in the provinces.

Beyond emissions reduction, JASPAL GROUP is also focused on minimising operational waste. It has introduced a circular cardboard box system, which enables reuse of packaging for deliveries between distribution centres and stores. Additionally, the company promotes sustainable consumer practices through special campaigns that encourage the use of recycled paper bags.
