Bangkok, Thailand – 4 April 2025 – In the wake of the recent earthquake that caused significant disruptions and raised widespread safety concerns across Thailand, Star Petroleum Refining Public Company Limited (SPRC), whose subsidiary is Star Fuels Marketing Limited (SFL), the exclusive licensee of Caltex fuels in Thailand—has joined forces with Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd. and Chevron (Thailand) Limited to support ongoing relief operations.
As part of their social investment initiatives, the three companies presented Caltex StarCash fuel cards valued at THB 450,000 to Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, representing the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), at the Chatuchak Incident Command Center. The donation is intended to assist rescue teams, volunteers, and related organisations involved in emergency transportation and equipment delivery during the ongoing recovery efforts.
The fuel cards will enhance the effectiveness of rapid-response operations and the accessibility of healthcare and supply transport in affected areas. The contribution reflects the companies’ shared commitment to supporting communities in crisis and expressing gratitude to the frontline responders working tirelessly to mitigate the earthquake’s impact.
