Until Sept 16, the "Soul Of Dvaravati Inspired By Suphan Buri" fair is being held at Wat Khao Phra Si Sanphetchayaram in U Thong district, Suphan Buri province.
The objective is to promote tourism in Suphan Buri which has many cultural, historical and community attractions, including those dating to the Dvaravati period over 1,000 years ago.
Activities include light and sound shows titled "The Soul Of Dvaravati Inspired By Suphan Buri" that blend tourism innovations and Dvaravati civilisation, cultural performances by local dancers, students and ethnic people, and the sale of One Tambon One Product (Otop) goods.
In addition, there are concerts by famous singers, including Seri Rungsawang, Sornphet Sornsuphan, Od Four S, Paowali, Hai Chutima, Kratae-Kratai, Ta Narissha and Sak Chumphae as well as shows by comedian Doo Dokkradon and Super Girl Magic magicians.
Today, visitors will be able to watch shows by comedy group Sang Doksadao and an acrobatic group called Family and concerts by Yok R Siam, Ekkachai Sriwichai and Kwanjit Sriprachan. Tomorrow, comedy group Phuyai Damkoeng, acrobatic group Chilong Kangfu, singers Kratae-Kratai and Sornphet Sornsuphan will be on the stage. On Sept 16, comedy group Yern Scorpion, acrobatic group Echo and singer Od Four S will perform.

Street food fair
Throughout this month, the "Phuket Street Food Festival 2017" will take place in the southern province of Phuket with over 50 booths selling food at the Queen's 72nd Birthday Park in Muang district this Saturday and Sunday.
At the park, more than 50 booths and food trucks will present famous dishes and beverages reflecting creativity and culinary innovation.
The festival is aimed at promoting tourism in the low season, called Green Season, and focusing on the image of Phuket as one of the world's 18 best gastronomy cities.
Phuket governor Noraphat Plodthong said Phuket has a lot of good things to show people all over the world, including beautiful nature and diverse cultures and foods of Thai, Chinese, Peranakan and Muslim people.
Kanokkittika Kritwutthikorn, director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT)'s Phuket Office, said the TAT plans to promote Thai cuisine, especially local food, to be better known among tourists under a strategy to attract more middle- and high-end tourists to Phuket and increase travel routes for food lovers.

Market fair
From Sept 19-25, the last leg of the "Pathum Thani 4.0 Market Fair 2017" will be held at CentralPlaza WestGate department store in line with the province's strategy to support the local economy.
Shoppers will enjoy browsing and buying Otop goods, farm produce and organic products of Pathum Thani. Outstanding products on sale include Pathum fragrant rice, khao chae (rice in scented iced water and assorted dishes), Rangsit boat noodles and miang kleeb bua luang (herbal ingredients wrapped with lotus petals).
All the goods will be displayed in five zones -- Otop Food Zone, Street Food/Farm Produce Zone, Organic Goods Zone, Otop Products Zone and People's Sector Goods Zone. Among the goods on sale at over 100 booths are food, beverages, clothes, herbs, accessories and jewellery.
In addition, there will be shows by popular actors, actresses, singers, comedians, magicians, cultural performances, food cooking demonstration and flower making classes.
