Organised in collaboration with the Queen Sirikit Department of Sericulture, the event's special highlight is the "Sericulture" exhibition which takes visitors on a journey from silkworm and mulberry towards silk innovations of the future.
Interesting stories of silkworm and silk are presented in four zones where visitors will learn about the life of silkworm, the origin of silk, the silkworm market and HM the Queen's role in the conservation of Thai silk.
It is an opportunity to enjoy nature's breathtaking beauty and Isan culture, which is featured at five popular areas. They include the country's largest field of pink cosmos, a hanging garden of herbs and vegetables, U-Pick Garden, the signature pumpkin patch, flower labyrinth and an Isan village featuring houses and religious buildings.
Jim Thompson Village showcases distinctive silk production processes of the renowned Jim Thompson brand from start to end, and Jim Thompson Market offers a wide array of fresh produce and processed products from the farm as well as silk fabrics, silk products and other popular items.
Entrance fee is 120 baht (80 baht for children) on weekdays and 140 baht (100 baht for children) on weekends and New Year holidays.
